Sera ERP Integrator --- Efris Integration

The Sera ERP Integrator — EFRIS Integration is an interface developed to seamlessly connect the SERA ERP system with the WEAF EFRIS API, enabling automated and compliant data transmission for fiscal reporting. It handles key business processes including goods and services configuration, purchase (stock in), stock adjustment (stock decrease), invoicing, and credit notes. The integrator ensures real-time synchronization of transactions, enhances data accuracy, and streamlines tax compliance with Uganda Revenue Authority requirements.

Pharma Efris Integration

This project entails the development of EFRIS integration modules for the newly implemented Pharmacy Management System at Frieeca, to be deployed across all its branches. At the core of this solution is an API interface known as the Integrator, designed to facilitate both automated and manual data synchronization between the system database and the Uganda Revenue Authority’s EFRIS platform through the Weaf EFRIS API. The integration ensures accurate, real-time or on-demand fiscalization of transactions, supporting compliance with national tax regulations while offering operational flexibility across all pharmacy locations.
